    Description of goods to services to be bid: The Owner's Representative Services for Multifamily Buildings Program offers owners and managers of under-resourced multifamily buildings, who pay into the Systems Benefit Charge, incentives to work with a pool of pre-qualified Owner’s Representatives who can assist them in reaching their decarbonization and energy efficiency goals and act as a trusted, independent resource that supports the interests and goals of the participant. If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at: www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: - Must be Existing New York State Multifamily buildings that are New York State electricity customers. - New facilities or those that have undergone substantial renovations must be in operation for more than one year prior to submission of the Program Application to be eligible for funding under this solicitation. - Building Requirements - Eligible buildings must meet at least one or more of the following requirements: - Located in a Disadvantaged Community (DAC) as detailed in https://www.nyserda.ny.gov/ny/Disadvantaged-Communities - Meet NYSERDA’s Multifamily Affordable Housing Criteria - Meet one of the following Building Ownership Structures: - Condominium - Co-Op - Contains 40 or fewer Dwelling Units DU Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 0.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 0.00% WBE Goal: 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contracting goals (DBE) DBE Goal: 0.00%
