A. The work and fees may be divided amongst several SGCs. The SGCs will be engaged on a non-minimum retainer basis to provide multidisciplinary services to PHA for projects involving every aspect of PHA’s maintenance operations. Therefore, no minimum contract payment will be guaranteed. PHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
