    Engineer's Estimate: $475,000 - $575,000 The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for RFB No. P2504-26 "Bob Olson and Sherman Traffic Signal”, at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until May 12, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project is for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersections of Bob Olson Pkwy & S. Sherman St. The project involves constructing four (4) Type III signal poles with single mast arms for each pole to be installed at all four corners of the intersection. All Type III signal poles require large foundations. The majority of the signal equipment, including poles, mast arms and cabinet, have been pre-purchased by the City for this project. The project also includes constructing curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, storm drainage modifications, and striping revisions, along with constructing an eastbound to southbound right-turn declaration lane.
