The City of Peoria (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide turnkey outdoor movie event management services for the City's ParkFest program. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, licensing, supervision, setup, operation, and teardown necessary to successfully produce outdoor movie events at various park locations throughout the City. The intent of ParkFest is to provide free, family-friendly entertainment opportunities that promote community engagement and enhance quality of life for Peoria residents.
