    Engineer's Estimate: $1,200,000 to 2,100,000 The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for RFB No. P2605-26 "2026 City-Wide Asphalt Overlay”, at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until May 19, 2026 at 11:00 A.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project is for HMA improvements for the following streets: W. Canal Dr. (Edison St. to Volland St.) Southridge Blvd. (Ridgeline Dr. to Hildebrand Blvd.) S. Union St. / W. 43rd Ave. (Canyon Lakes Dr. to Olson St.) W. 42nd Ave. (Union St. to Olson St.) S. Olson St. (47th Ave. to Canyon Lakes Dr.) Work will involve planing (grinding) as called for on the plans, HMA overlay, HMA patching repair of miscellaneous failed areas, concrete sidewalk, curb, ramp upgrades, pavement lane striping, crosswalks, stop bars, markings, cast-in-place traffic curbing and other related work.
