    The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for contractual operation and routine systems maintenance, inspection, data measurements and sample analysis, servicing and repairs of the Hot Creek Hatchery (HCH) domestic water system, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely.
