    Description

    This project consists of the removal of granular surface modified bitumen membranes, roofing insulation, and roofing flashings down to the structural metal deck. Provision of replacement insulated modified bitumen roofing system (deck board, vapor barrier, insulation, tapered insulation crickets where applicable, cover board, and multiple ply modified bitumen roofing system) and flashings. Removal and replacement of all sheet metal flashing and trim, coping, gutters, leaders, thru wall scuppers, and flashings associated with roofing. Removal and replacement of all roof drains. Perform all associated work, such as disconnection, removal, reinstallation, and reconnection of existing rooftop mechanical units on replacement curbs/rails so as to achieve a minimum 12¿ high base flashing. All low slope roofing shall be removed and replaced. Work shall be in compliance with applicable codes.
