    Description

    The City of Leesburg is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced respondents to provide Design-Build Services pursuant to the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), for the turn-key design, permitting, and construction of eight (8) to twelve (12) lighted pickleball courts with permanent posts, and a well-planned connection between park features. The site of the project is on South Palmetto Street (see Attachment A – Palmetto Pickleball Complex Site). The proposal also includes resurfacing four (4) tennis courts on the corner of South Palmetto Street and Woodward Street.

     

    The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a one-time contract with a design-build firm to provide all labor, administration, design, equipment, materials, permitting and construction of the pickleball courts.
