Title: Park County Public Library-Fairplay Branch Basic Maintenance Internal Connections Project Dates: Starting July 1, 2020 or upon receipt of affirmative Funding Decision Letter from USAC, whichever is later, with project completion by no later than June 30, 2021. Category: Park County Public Libraries Request for Proposal (RFP) Status: Open Bid Recipient: Patricia Shepard, Park County Public Library Manager Description: Park County Public Library-Fairplay Branch solicits bids for Basic Maintenance Internal Connections for Bailey Library public-access network to include: Basic maintenance for Firewall, switch, and wireless access points. Fairplay Library is located at 400 Front St. in Fairplay, Colorado 80440, County of Park. Evaluation: The following factors serve as evaluation criteria: 1) General background of the firm including current service references with reference contact information in Park County. 2) Available resources and range of services including tech support for Firewall, switch and wireless access points. 3) Competitive pricing. 4) Proven ability to cooperate and collaborate with providers of Internal Connections and Managed Internal Broadband Services phases of this project. 5) Ability to provide maintenance through June 30, 2021. It is understood that this project is contingent upon approval of funding from the Universal Service Fund’s School and Libraries Program, otherwise known as E-rate. In addition, Park County Public Libraries reserves the right to fund (proceed with project or purchase) or not to fund, regardless of E-rate approval.
