The Consultant shall provide expertise in park planning, landscape architecture, community outreach, civil engineering, electrical engineering, geotechnical engineering, and land surveying. Timely delivery of services and excellent customer support are required. Consultant shall hold California licenses/certificates for each discipline as appropriate. Four (4) copies of the proposal are due at the City of Folsom Parks and Recreation Department Office no later than 2:00 p.m., May 22, 2026. Submit proposals in a sealed envelope.
