    Description

    Neighborhood Park #2 is located within the Folsom Plan Area (south of Hwy 50), which is currently under development. Currently, 10,000 new residents reside in the Folsom Plan Area with approximately 5,000 of the planned 13,000 housing units already built. The City of Folsom Parks & Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms or interdisciplinary teams to provide park planning services for the Folsom Plan Area – Neighborhood Park #2 (not yet named). The Consultant shall provide expertise in park planning, landscape architecture, community outreach, civil engineering, electrical engineering, geotechnical engineering, and land surveying. Timely delivery of services and excellent customer support are required. Consultant shall hold California licenses/certificates for each discipline as appropriate. Four (4) copies of the proposal are due at the City of Folsom Parks and Recreation Department Office no later than 2:00 p.m., May 22, 2026. Submit proposals in a sealed envelope.
