This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended. A formal site visit will be provided after the meeting, however attendees are encouraged to look around the site and view the property on their own. Please note that the City of College Station is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response packages are due and that firms (vendors) submitting their response package during peak traffic times risk their submittal not being received by the due date and time.
