Bid documents can be downloaded without logging in at https://jccc.procureware.com *All communications are only to be directed to Procurement via the "Clarifications" tab in the JCCC bid portal, Procureware https://jccc.procureware.com 4/15/26 Addendum #1 issued to address clarification questions. Also, note that the bid due date was previously moved out to 4/21/26 @ 2pm. 4/20/26 Addendum #2 issued to correct the bid table (this version is to be submitted with your bid). Also, note the clarification in regards to the bid form as issued on 4/17/26. A pre-bid conference with interested Contractors will be held at 2:00 pm, 4/9/2026, in the Campus Services Building (please use the Procurement Services entrance) Room CSB170A on the College main campus at 12345 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas 66210.
