NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals for the following work as detailed: RFP NUMBER: 2026-024 Parking Services – Valet Operations and Parking Directors (re-bid) The City of Lauderhill (“City”) invites qualified and experienced firms (“Proposers”) to submit proposals to provide comprehensive Parking Services, including but not limited to valet operations, parking management, and parking directors for designated City-owned and/or City-managed facilities, special events, and venues. The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with a single or multiple vendor(s) capable of delivering high-quality, safe, efficient, and customer-friendly parking solutions that meet the needs of the City and its residents, visitors, and businesses. The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed proposals until 10:45 A.M. EST, February 23, 2026, via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Proposals received after 10:45 A.M. will not be considered. The full Statement of Work is available on and after January 30, 2026, via IonWave. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted via the IonWave question tab. The final date for questions will be ten (10) days before the proposal due date. Questions received after this date will not be answered.
