Variances from the listed specifications must be clearly outlined and will be reviewed for acceptance by COTC personnel. All questions must be submitted in writing via the Public Purchase website NO LATER THAN June 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Bidders must attach a detailed quote sheet as well inputing the dollar amounts on this form. Anticipated delivery date must be included. COTC is a Sales Tax Exempt Organization.
