    The scope of work generally consists of the construction of approximately 1.7 miles of roadway infrastructure extending Patsy Winn Boulevard and terminating at the City of Eagle Pass Sports Complex. The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of two (2) 16-foot travel lanes, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and a four (4) foot sidewalk along the west side of the roadway, together with all associated grading, utilities, and roadway improvements as detailed in the project plans and specifications provided in Attachment A – Design Documents.
