    The Town of Hampstead (hereinafter called the Town) invites bids on the paving of various Town Roads. Bids will be received by the Town at the Town of Hampstead Office located at 1034 South Carroll Street, Hampstead, Maryland 21074, until Thursday, March 26, 2026 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m., all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to the Town Manager and designated as Bid for Paving of Various Town Roads – TOH-PAV-FY26-03. The project consists of Deep Mill and Reconstruction of the following municipal streets: 1. Brittany Lane 27’ X 975’ approx. 2. Dogwood Drive 25’ X 824’ approx. 1 Stop Bar 1 Crosswalk For the purposes of bidding, the reconstruction of the road will be constructed as follows: removal of all materials to a depth of 10” and replacement with five (5) inches of compacted CR6, three (3) inches of base course and two (2) inches of surface course. The base course will be 19mm HMA. Surface course may be 12.5mm or 9mm HMA. The bid price per ton should include all costs associated with the work.
