    ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida Pretty Bayou Water & Wastewater Improvements Phase 3 PC26-011General Notice City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:Pretty Bayou Water & Wastewater Improvements Phase 3Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until April 1st, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, in Room 010.The final date for questions to be submitted to the City of Panama City will be March 25th, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time.The Project includes the following Work:This project consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of water and wastewater lines. The limits of the project are Queens Circle, Foxworth Drive, Tupelo Drive and Longleaf Road.The Project shall be substantially complete within 270 days and fully complete within 300 days.A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing purchasing@panamacity.gov or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, Room 238, 501 Harrison Ave., Panama City, FL 32401, Ph. 850.872.3070.Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed electronically and will be available in a pdf format on the Bonfire Portal: https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities and the City of Panama City's website: https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspxInstructions to Bidders.
