ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida Project Storm – Group ICity of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Project Storm Group I City Bid No. PC26-014Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.The Project consists of the following components which are described in detail in the bid documents and include the following Work: The project consists of the installation of diesel bypass pumps and pump connections along with various pump station improvements for 14 locations. The project has an expected duration of 150 days.Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT in Room 010 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing purchasing@panamacity.gov or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, Room 238, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, Phone number 850-691-4902. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. The responsibility for submitting a Bid before the stated time and date is solely and strictly that of the Responsive Bidder. The City is not responsible for any delayed, late, lost, misdelivered, or non-delivered Bids, no matter the cause.The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this ITB.
