    PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID NO. PC26-019 STREET SWEEPING SERVICEThe City of Panama City, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida (“City” or “Owner”), seeks bids from qualified, experienced, licensed street sweeper contractors to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and vehicles required to effectively and efficiently clear streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, multi-use paths, and paved medians of litter and sweepable debris. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. CT on March 4, 2026, at which time all bids received will be opened publicly in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010, located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401.The complete Invitation to Bid (“ITB”), including all specifications and bid forms are available upon request to the City’s Purchasing Division by emailing the City’s Purchasing Division at purchasing@panamacity.gov. Addenda, if any, will be posted on the City’s website at https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspx and on the City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. Bids should be submitted through the City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. All bidders must be registered with Bonfire.
