The scope of the project will include the construction of a parking lot at a presently undeveloped property using asphaltic-concrete paving as shown in the plan set. The parking lot is located at 1128 Chestnut Avenue (Bay County Parcel ID 29811- 000-000).Bids for this project will be received by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida, 32401, until Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., CT by submitting online through the City of Panama City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in City Hall Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida, 32401. The bids received will be evaluated and a recommendation for bid acceptance and contract award will be provided to the City Manager.A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CT in City Hall Room 010, Lower Level, located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401.All Bid and Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications are available upon request by emailing purchasing@panamacity.gov or in person at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida 32401, Phone 850.691.4902.Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the City of Panama City’s Purchasing Division.
