    Project Description Issuing Procurement Unit: Department of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of CTEPurpose of IFB: Provo City School District is soliciting bids for the purchase of three (3) Virtual Anatomy Convertible Table Systems for secondary anatomy and CTE health science instruction. The system shall be equivalent in functionality and performance to a medical-grade convertible virtual dissection table system made by Anatomage, which is currently used in secondary and post-secondary medical education. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications..It is anticipated that this IFB may result in a single award. The District reserves the right to award based on the lowest combined cost or to the lowest cost per line item.Contract Duration: The contract resulting from this IFB will be for a term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to four (4) years.The vendor must guarantee its pricing for one (1) year.
