Provo City School District reserves the right to be the sole determiner of product equivalence and compatibility. All equipment must be new; no used or refurbished equipment will be accepted. Vendors are required to participate in the E-Rate program and comply with all E-Rate regulations, including having a SPIN and filing a timely SPAC. All bids must be submitted through U3P (Utah Public Procurement Place, Bonfire/Euna). U3P is a fee site, but a free version is available for vendors to use. Please see https://purchasing.utah.gov for U3P account registration and bidding. Bid submissions that do not meet the requirements as set forth in the RFP documents will be deemed invalid and will not be considered for evaluation. All bids are due by March 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm MST.It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.Length of Contract: One (1) Year.The vendor must guarantee its pricing for one (1) year.
