The intent of this Contract is to construct a pedestrian sidewalk with all associated infrastructure and accessories on Pennsylvania Avenue. The first section will consist of approximately 2,300 LF from 8th Street to 3rd Street. The second section will consist of approximately 1,500 LF from East 5th Street to Illinois Avenue.
The Project has an expected duration of 180 days.
NON-MANDATORY A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on July 16th, 2026 at 2:00PM CDT at City of Lynn Haven City Hall, 825 Ohio Avenue, Lynn Haven, Florida 32444 in Executive Conference Room 105. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
