Pensacola Avenue Reconstruction

The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 1,900 linear feet of Pensacola
Avenue from Richmond Lane to the Pensacola Avenue Cul-de-sac, as well as the reconstruction
of approximately 400 LF of Chiles Street from Monticello Drive to Charlotte Avenue. This
includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 6”
reinforced concrete with 6” of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes the installation
of approximately 2,300 LF of 8” water line and approximately 1,000 LF of 8” sanitary sewer
line. Additionally, the project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps, driveway
repairs, and streetlights.
