    The City of Spokane is initiating this Request For Quotes (RFQ) to solicit quotes from vendors who have a proven ability to provide as-needed Pentair Water ChlorPlus Protect™ 10 PFOA/PFOS Replacement Cartridge – Part Number 655226-43, Over Five-Year Period. No Or-Equals Will Be Accepted as cartridges will be utilized in existing Pentair Water Chlorplus Protect 10 PFOA/PFOS Filtration Systems. As part of the Spokane International Airport Enforcement Order and resulting Agreed Order with the City of Spokane, the Potentially Liable Parties are required to supply replacement filters for Point of Use Treatment Systems supplied by the Department of Health to West Plains Residents within the boundary area. The required replacement cartridges are Pentair Water ChlorPlus Protect™ 10 PFOA/PFOS Replacement Cartridge – Part Number 655226-43.
