    Description

The Battery Park City Authority hereby requests proposals (individually a “Proposal” and collectively the “Proposals”) from qualified firms (individually a “Proposer” and collectively the “Proposers”) to be appointed to one or both of two pre-qualified panels of firms (each, a “Panel” and collectively, the “Panels”) for Permanent Recruitment and Temporary Staffing Services. Panel A shall consist of firms providing executive search and permanent recruitment services ("Permanent Firms"), and Panel B shall consist of firms providing temporary staffing services ("Temp Firms"). Proposers may submit proposals for Panel A, Panel B, or both Panels. Such services shall include, but not be limited to, assisting the Authority in filling permanent positions and providing temporary staffing support in a variety of functional areas including but not limited to: office operations, finance, legal, communications, design & construction, human resources, technology, parks operations, and parks programming. A detailed scope of work for which the selected Proposers may be engaged is attached as Exhibit A – Scope of Work (the “Work”). For the avoidance of doubt, Work will be assigned to the panel(s) via individual task orders issued under the ultimate contract(s) awarded pursuant to this RFP (as hereinafter defined), which task orders will include individualized scopes of work which may include some, but not necessarily all, of the Work set forth in Exhibit A. New York State-certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (“SDVOB”) are encouraged to submit Proposals. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Benchmark IT, Harris Rand Lusk, and Michael Page. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 0.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 0.00% WBE Goal: 0.00%
