It is your responsibility to monitor this site. By submitting your proposal, you represent that you are familiar with any interpretations, clarifications and addenda that have been posted by the City. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. Only questions asked and answered in this method are binding. Oral or written interpretations and clarifications not following this method will be without any legal effect.
