The Contractor shall perform termite abatement services after the close of District business hours on Friday, and termite abatement services shall be completed prior to the start of District business hours the following Monday, unless otherwise requested by the Director of Maintenance & Operations. All work dates and times must be approved by the Director of Maintenance & Operations.Following abatement services, the Contractor shall perform annual wood-destroying pest and organism inspections, for a total of two (2) inspections. The Contractor shall perform inspection services during District business hours, unless otherwise requested and agreed upon with the Director of Maintenance & Operations. The Director of Maintenance & Operations must approve all work dates and times before work is performed.
