Contractor shall comply with applicable California Healthy Schools Act requirements and Integrated Pest Management practices applicable to childcare facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, vehicles, equipment, materials, pesticides, repellents, trapping devices, reporting, emergency response services, and coordination necessary to perform the services described herein.
