All new units shall be commercial-grade aluminum, highly energyefficient, and feature a 35% privacy tint. The work shall include, but not be limited to, replacement of 45 windows for both the barracks and the garage and 2 store front systems located at the front and rear of the main barracks that would include (3) doors.
