Following completion of preconstruction services, GSWSA intends to enter into a construction services contract with the selected Proposer if mutual agreement is reached on one or more Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals for the Project. This solicitation does not limit the project to a single GMP or a fixed scope of work. At the Owner’s sole discretion additional GMPs may be issued to incorporate additional, or modify the presented, work packages as the project progresses.
