Site work consists of earth removal, concrete flatwork, re-grading, concrete paving, well installation, and septic system installation. The project also includes alterations to two (2) existing pole barn buildings consisting of selective demolition as described in the contract documents, includes removal of overhead sectional doors, removal of hollow metal doors, and removal of siding. Installation of new operable sectional doors, new hollow metal doors and framing, new siding. The project also includes installation of a new portal sign. This project has 2 Alternates: Add alt #1 equipment on technology plans.
