As part of that project three buildings will need to be demolished and substantial site work performed including around the existing FLCC Grounds Barn, vehicle fueling area, and two former agricultural barns. The County is seeking proposals to design and implement a sampling and testing program for the three buildings and the impacted site and to interpret the results for use by the design professional hired by the County to properly scope contractor work.
