The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to providehigh-quality photography services. The selected Proponent(s) will support the organization’smarketing, program, and event needs by collaborating with City staff to produce images that align with City goals and highlights key activities, participation, and moments. Proponent will be expected to perform on-demand professional photography services for City events, programs, and portraits for use of City needs.B. Proponent will be expected to provide their own equipment and personnel for the services rendered.i. If Proponent provides drone services, drone and related equipment must be registered.C. Prior to requested services, Proponent shall discuss the proposed location and types of photos to be taken with the requesting City staff.D. All digital image proofs are due back to the requestor within 48 hours of the requested task performed. However, some may be requested within 24 hours depending on the event and circumstances.E. Proponent is responsible to send final selection of images via a secure link to the service requestor. These images will meet the specific requirements provided by the City regarding crop ratio, resolution and addition of any specifically requested edits or filters. The City retains the right to alter any final images to meet specific needs of size, resolution or crop ratio as required by specific applications and uses.F. All images shall become the sole property of the City of Temecula.
