THIS AWARDED CONTRACT WILL REPLACE YOUR EXPIRING TIPS CONTRACT 230303. IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 230303 WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD BOTH CONTRACTS.
