Coordinate all activities with the CMAR and other Work Package Contractors to maintain schedule and installation alignment.
Provide and maintain temporary electrical power for the jobsite, including electrical connections to six (6) construction trailers and two (2) or more power drops as required; coordinate with the City and/or serving utility. Electrical Contractor to remove all temporary installations at Project completion. (Electrical meter usage costs paid by CMAR.)
Furnish one Roll-Off Mover (Rolloffcaddy) (48V, 23,000-lb capacity) or approved equal and provide all required power, wiring, and charging equipment per Contract Documents.
Furnish, assemble, install, and commission a 1,750 kW generator, including all required electrical and instrumentation systems, fuel, servicing, and maintenance until final acceptance.
Furnish, install, and test Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) as follows:
FEB Return Lift Station – Two (2)
Sludge Pumps – Two (2)
Influent Lift Station – Four (4)
UV System (VTPs) – Two (2)
Obtain and coordinate all required permits, inspections, certificates, and approvals for permanent power installations.
Perform startup, functional testing, commissioning, and operator training for all applicable systems and equipment.
Restore all disturbed areas and utilize the Borrow Area for backfill or disposal of clean spoils, as permitted.
Schedule & Milestones:
Operationally Ready: On or before December 2, 2027 (per Specification 01 75 23).
Electrical & I&C Complete: On or before March 23, 2028.
Failure to meet required milestones or final completion date will result in liquidated damages of $2,500 per day.

Blowers with VFDs and harmonic filters (provided under WP#05).
