    Description

    This Work Package includes furnishing and constructing the Administration Building, including associated piping, site restoration, permitting, and startup services, in full accordance with the Contract Documents.

    Key Scope Elements:

    • Administration Building: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, incidentals, and insurance necessary for construction of the Administration Building.

    • Piping: Excavate, install, connect, test, and backfill all piping and manholes, including connections to existing systems. Provide all required trench safety plans, protective systems, equipment, and labor in accordance with applicable regulations and the Contract Documents. Piping systems include:

      • Non-Potable Water (NPW): Lines 19A, 19B

      • Potable Water (PW): Line 20

      • Drain Line (DR): Line 17E

    • Site Restoration: Restore all disturbed areas to match surrounding grades in accordance with the Contract Documents.

    • Permits & Inspections: Coordinate and obtain all required permits, certificates, and inspections in accordance with the Contract Documents and City of Pilot Point requirements.

    • Borrow Area: Utilize the Borrow Area for backfill or disposal of clean spoils, as permitted.

    • Startup & Testing: Provide complete startup, functional testing, commissioning, and operator training for all applicable systems, equipment, and structures in accordance with the project specifications.

    Schedule & Milestones:

    • Backfill & Ready for Site Civil: On or before August 2, 2027 (±0.10’ of final subgrade).

    • Operationally Ready: On or before December 2, 2027, per Specification 01 75 23.

    • Administration Building Complete: On or before March 23, 2028.

    • Failure to meet required milestones or final completion date will result in liquidated damages of $2,500 per day.
