BMP Maintenance & Compliance: Inspect BMPs regularly and repair or replace within forty-eight (48) hours of identification or notification. Maintain continuous SWPPP compliance, including required documentation, reporting, and corrective actions.
Duration of Services: Provide continuous SWPPP and BMP services from Notice to Proceed through Final Acceptance.
Construction Entrance & Access: Furnish, install, and maintain the initial construction entrance in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable regulations. Provide and maintain vehicle access at the northwest corner of the site, including installation and maintenance of all required BMPs to prevent erosion and sedimentation.
Washout Pit: Furnish, install, and maintain a concrete washout pit at the location indicated on the Contract Drawings.
Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports documenting the condition, effectiveness, and compliance status of all BMPs, erosion and sediment control measures, and SWPPP installations, in a format acceptable to the CMAR and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Permits & Inspections: Coordinate and obtain all required permits, certificates, inspections, and regulatory approvals in accordance with the Contract Documents and City of Pilot Point requirements.
Schedule & Milestones:
BMPs Installed and Operational: On or before May 18, 2026.
BMP Removal: Upon Project completion, no later than March 23, 2028.
Final Completion of Services: On or before June 10, 2028.
Failure to meet milestones or completion dates will result in liquidated damages of $2,500 per day.
