Clearing, grubbing, mass grading, and detention improvements to serve Pine Falls Section 1, a single-family residential subdivision located within the City of Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas.

1. Perform clearing and grubbing according to the plans and accounting for tree preservation as shown on plans;
2. Perform mass grading and earthwork operations as shown on the plans;
3. Excavate, shape, and construct detention basins and associated drainage features;
4. Install required detention pond outfall structures, inlets, and appurtenances;
5. Stabilize slopes and disturbed areas per specifications; and
