    Description

Background: The Post-Medication Abortion Contraception (PMAC) Project (2017–2025) was implemented to design and test user-centred, multi-channel interventions aimed at increasing post-medication abortion (MA) family planning uptake and continuation in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), Pakistan. The PMAC pilot combined pharmacy engagement, community engagement sessions, interpersonal communication materials (flyers and videos), and a digital WhatsApp-based chatbot to improve access to post-MA family planning information and services. Findings from the PMAC Pilot User Survey Report (Population Council, March 2026) demonstrate significant increases in post-MA family planning uptake and generate important learning on effective and scalable intervention models. As the project transitions from piloting to scale-up and dissemination, there is a need to translate PMAC evidence, learning, and innovation into clear, compelling, and dissemination-ready communication products tailored to diverse audiences, including policymakers, donors, implementers, and advocacy stakeholders. 2. Purpose of the Assignment The purpose of this consultancy is to convert PMAC technical evidence and knowledge products into well-designed, audience-appropriate, and dissemination-ready communication materials that clearly convey project results, innovations, lessons learned, and implications for scale-up. 3. Objectives The specific objectives of the assignment are to: • Translate PMAC technical content and evidence into clear, engaging, and audience-specific communication products. • Design visually compelling and professionally packaged materials suitable for dissemination and advocacy. • Ensure PMAC knowledge products are consistent, coherent, and aligned with Ipas branding requirements. • Support PMAC dissemination efforts through high-quality presentations and communication assets.Period of Performance• Duration: 6 weeks • Expected Level of Effort: 20 to 25 working days • Duty Station: Islamabad
