    The Plaza Repairs Phase 4 at One Government Center Plaza project consists of the fourth phase of plaza repairs and upgrades including: • Plaza Fountain – concrete and waterproofing repairs, new waterproofing membrane system, new fountain liner, fountain system repairs, filter pump upgrade, piping and valve replacements and lighting upgrades. • Building Façade – replacement of granite wall panels. • Parking Structure – concrete and waterproofing repairs. Phase 1 and 2, and 3 repairs were completed in 2023 and 2024, 2025 respectively. The engineer’s estimate for the base bid is approximately $540,000.00. Bids that are in excess of 20% above the engineer’s estimate would be considered non-responsive. This project may be awarded by the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority at its sole discretion.
