PUBLIC NOTICE Invitation to Bid City of South Salt Lake: SSLC Police Department Parking Lots ConstructionThe City of South Salt Lake will accept bids from qualified contractors for construction at the South Salt Lake Police Department at 2835 S. Main Street. The scope of work includes grading, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt. Bid alternates include the afore mentioned scope items as well as fencing, mechanical gates, covered structures and awnings. A pre-bid conference will be held 04/28/2026 at 10:00 AM at the Police Station. Selected contractor will be required to meet all contracting and insurance requirements in the Sample Agreement provided in the Project Manual.Proposals will be accepted until May 12, 2026 at 3:00pm MST. Bids may be submitted in person to the City Recorders office at South Salt Lake City Hall (220 E Morris Ave.), or by email at aandrus@sslc.gov, or accepted via direct submission to the Utah Public Procurement Portal (UP3). No late proposals will be accepted, and proposers are responsible for verifying timely receipt of their submission.
