    Description

    The Department of Administration (DOA) is seeking bids for Pocket Folders for DOA and CAPS as outlined in the attached documents. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is March 31, 2029. QTY: 200 300 500 750 1,000 1,500 2,000 2,500 3,000 Only one quantity will be awarded Size: 9” x 12” (Vendor may modify size by using existing dies). Pocket is 4” Ink: 4 Color Process with bleeds one side (4/0) Paper: 12pt C1S White Finishing: Die Cut, Score, Fold, and glue pockets. Folders must have 2 pockets inside (left and right side) and both pockets must have business card slits positioned as shown in artwork See draft artwork attached PAPER The minimum content for this bid shall be 10% post-consumer recovered materials. If necessary, bidders must be prepared to supply a “mill certification” from the paper manufacturer confirming recycled content. If using virgin paper, bidder must fill out RECYCLED PAPER EXCEPTION section in eSupplier or form if submitting hardcopy.
