Box 290) New Roads, LA 70760. No proposals will be received after 2:00 P.M. on the same day and date. Proposals, amendments to proposals, or request for withdrawal received after 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, May 28, 2026 shall not be considered for any cause. Proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the proposal receipt and the proposals shall not be withdrawn for any reasons during this period of time except as allowed per R.S. 38:2214.C.
