    Scope of Work

    The City of Neptune Beach invites sealed bids for the installation of mechanical, manual (not motorized) roll down storm shutters at our Police Department and Public Works facilities. The Police Department at 200 Lemon Street, Neptune Beach FL 32266 and the Public Works Facilities at 2010 Forest Ave, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 are situated in close proximity to the ocean and are therefore exposed to extreme coastal weather events and regular salt spray. The storm shutters must be of material quality sufficient to withstand corrosion from regular salt-air and designed as to be low maintenance. Installation to meet all building and safety requirements of Florida Building Code and 130 mph wind zone code.
