Will that be uploaded? Thank you | Not sure if your question is understood. The RFP advertisement for this solicitation is this the RFP (digital) - This is a design build, lump sum project. Each vendor after attending the mandatory site walk will evaluate the existing conditions, City will provide information about what is needed, the expectations and the Vendors will design, create scope, define their proposed finishes and fixtures, provide a schedule for completion and their price shall be based on those factors. The City will then evaluate best value, select that vendor and negotiate the terms, inclusions and exclusions then make the award if a mutually agreed term is met. The City is piloting this new process of design/build, which gives vendors the ability to leverage their sourcing and scope solutions, to streamline, find value and efficiencies.
