    OMH is seeking bids/proposals from qualified vendors to provide Pool Reopening and Ongoing Maintenance Scope of Work/Specifications Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center, located at 21st Ave, Orangeburg, NY 10962 is looking for a Vendor to reopen their pool and provide ongoing pool maintenance for a 3-year term. The following listed items will be needed in order to reopen the pool and provide the ongoing maintenance. 1.Technical Startup Pentair ORP and PH Controller including probe compartment and flow center 2.Remove existing system Install controller and flow cell Connect probes Calibrate PH probe and check OPR reading accuracy 3.Feeder tubing 4.Route tubing from feeder tanks to pool return pipe Install respective people fittings 5.Rolachem feeder upgrade from single speed x2 6.Route tubing from feeder tanks to pool return pipe Install respective people fittings 7.Side mount 3” pipe size flow meter (Rolachem) 8.Multiport valve, without additional plumbing repair 9.New Pump for Clorine Tank New Pump for Acid Tank 10.Remove old unit Install new Multiport valve Replace seals as required 11.Surge tank system inspection and troubleshooting report Supplement gas heater inspection and troubleshooting report 12.Initial Cleaning Drain – if needed Clean coping and remove deposits Power wash Remove gutter grates, clean gutter system Clean safety cover and remove calcium deposits Vacuum and brush pool Sanitize and balance pool 13.Pool Service Maintenance Clean and vacuum pool Refill chlorine and acid tanks Balance and determine saturation index Backwash filter as needed Clean pump strainer as required Clean ph and OPR probes as needed Test and recalibrate ph probe as required How often: 2x Weekly for 3 years Method of Award: This procurement is being conducted as [an Invitation for Bids (IFB) in accordance with applicable New York State procurement guidelines. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, as determined in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Review the solicitation thoroughly to determine eligibility.
