Bid Requirements Bids should meet the specifications as defined in the Technical Specifications in Section 5 of the Material Procurement Contract & Specification, which can be viewed and/or downloaded through the District’s online contracting portal, ProcureWare, at https://popud.procureware.com . Transformer is to be delivered as defined in the specifications. Call for Bid Requirements Bid must include a bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price. Bid to include Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). Each bid must be accompanied by the following: completed bid proposal form including lead-times; completed bid bond form and all supplemental forms and data; completed technical data form found in Section 4 of the Material Procurement Contract & Specification. Call for Bid Submittals Proposals must be submitted using ProcureWare, the Districts online contracting portal, at popud.procureware.com no later than May 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (PST) . Submittals received after this time for any reason will not be considered. Questions related to this submittal must be sent via ProcureWare no later than April 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (PST). Responses to these questions will be made available to all bidders via ProcureWare. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held via Teams on April 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (PST) . The District will award the contract to the qualified bidder whose proposal is most advantageous to the District based upon the factors identified below and further described in the Material Procurement Contract & Specification document. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the highest scoring bidder/entity. Should the District fail to secure an agreement with the selected entity, the District may elect to pursue an agreement with the next highest scoring entity. The proposals will be evaluated based on cost and as defined by the Material Procurement Contract & Specification. The District reserves the right to cancel this Call for Bid at any time, or issue amendments or corrections. The District reserves the right to award this contract, or to not award this contract.
