Notice of Advanced Procurement Opportunity – Lexington Construction Project The intent of this notice is to provide information regarding an upcoming opportunity for a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) that EPCOR NR Holding Inc. (“EPCOR”) expects to issue to contractors that execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) with EPCOR in advance of the procurement being issued: Overview of Requirements EPCOR NR Holdings will be issuing an RFP for Design-Build Construction for our Lexington project. The project will generally consist of a well field, centralized storage and high service pump station (HSPS) site, a 26-mile Transmission Main (TM), an intermediate booster station and two Point of Delivery (POD) sites. The well field and centralized storage site will be in the area just east and north of Lexington, TX. EPCOR expects to post Lexington Construction Project RFP on August 31, 2026 _ The opportunity notice will be posted and managed on EPCOR’s Bidding System, Bids&Tenders. Interest in this opportunity can be relayed to the EPCOR contact identified on the cover page. The RFP will only be issued to Proponents who executed an NDA with EPCOR. The Non-Disclosure Agreement is to be signed and sent to the EPCOR contact on the front page before August 7, 2026 , to allow for transition time, and posting of RFP.
