During the prequalification phase, interested vendors should be prepared to demonstrate their technical expertise, organizational capacity, relevant experience performing environmental remediation projects of similar size and complexity, project approach, and ability to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The City's expectation is to identify qualified vendors capable of safely and efficiently delivering the project on schedule while providing effective project management, maintaining compliance with all environmental and grant requirements, and minimizing impacts to the surrounding community. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide additional project information and answer questions from prospective vendors. We hope to see you there.
